About Domain

An online platform built specifically for professionals dealing with the practical side of business change — not theory for its own sake, but structured learning grounded in real operational decisions.

Teaching adaptation
as a skill

Domain was started in 2020 out of a straightforward observation: most business education treats adaptation as an outcome rather than a discipline. We set out to change that. The platform brings together practitioners, case studies, and structured lectures to give learners a concrete framework they can apply when markets shift, teams restructure, or strategies need to change mid-course.

What we focus on

Business change, handled deliberately

Most disruption doesn't arrive as a crisis — it builds gradually, then compounds. The problem is that organisations rarely have a shared language for responding to it.

Domain's curriculum addresses that gap directly. Courses cover how to read early signals of market shift, how to restructure priorities without losing operational momentum, and how decision-making processes need to differ in stable versus uncertain conditions. Each module is built around documented business cases, not hypothetical scenarios.

The platform supports learners across time zones through asynchronous lectures with structured discussion, so participants from different regions can engage with the same material and bring their own context into the learning process.

Who builds the curriculum

Each contributor brings direct field experience — no generalists writing about industries they haven't worked in.

Bettina Szarka

Rufus Achieng
