What happens during the workshop
The two days are structured around honest conversation, not presentations. Teams work through specific scenarios drawn from their own business — supply chain disruption, talent loss, margin pressure — and map their actual responses versus ideal ones.
The facilitator tracks patterns: where the team aligns, where they avoid, and where individual leaders pull in different directions. These patterns become the foundation of a realistic adaptation plan.
A note on group size
Sessions work best with 4 to 9 participants. Larger groups fracture into sub-conversations that are hard to consolidate. We keep it tight so everyone engages with the hard parts.
